Chiropody Services

I offer a quality service in a clean, professional and friendly environment. Your first and last point of contact is with myself, from booking an appointment through to treatment.

You can telephone me either at the clinic or on my mobile (details are on the contact page), or call in at the clinic between 9:00am and 5:00pm, or leave a message on the answer phone after hours.

Individual half-hour appointments are offered Monday to Friday in bright modern surroundings, with disabled access all on one level.

Treatments from nail trims to the removal of ingrowing toenails, callouses, corns and involutions are offered. Verrucae by arrangement only.

I use top quality materials in the surgery from serveral companies, including paddings and dressings from DLT and from Canonbury Products, who have a direct online ordering service on their website for patients.

Diabetes

With diabetes being on the increase in the population, I have undertaken several training courses and feel confident in caring for people with diabetic foot - related problems. I care for and maintain good foot health, give support and advice where necessary.

Basic diabetic footcare includes:

• Look at your feet daily
• Keep your feet clean
• Moisturise your feet
• Wear good fitting shoes
• Keep in touch with your GP and chiropodist or diabetic nurse
• Don't smoke
